Do You Live Your Company's Slogan?

Or is it just a fancy slogan?

Does your company aim to make the world a better place, but you keep throwing your cigarette butts anywhere on the sidewalk? That sure does not make the world a better place in any way.

Does your company promise excellence, but you are always late (I am guilty of this, I'm sorry) and content with doing an okay job? Mediocrity and excellence are not the same thing the last time I checked.

When you join a company, you become part of the company. You represent the company. You become the company.

Slogans are there not just for companies' big decisions, big moments, and breakthroughs. Slogans are there to guide the employees in every small action and in every small decision that does not seem to matter in the grand scheme of things. But, small decisions done consistently and collectively lead to big results.

Take throwing away cigarette butts on the sidewalk as an example. Done consistently and collectively, can you imagine the pollution? Yet, that's the sight I see everyday. How can you make the world a better place that way?

How about you? What's your company's slogan? Are you living it in every moment of your life?
