One of the things I believe is that your your mind follows your body.
Whenever I eat healthy food, I feel unstoppable in what I’m trying to accomplish. Maybe by doing so, I believe in myself more because it is a proof (for myself) that I have discipline.
Before job interviews, I usually take power poses just to feel more confident.
And yes, it works!
I also saw a video on how you can change your mood and be more assertive in two minutes just by changing your physiology.
Maybe the next time you’re feeling down, you can strike a pose just to change your mood.
