But, what are you doing about it?
If you don’t like where you are right now, do something to get out of there.
Better yet, start looking for a place where you want to be in. Going to a greener pasture is always a better (and stronger) motivation than leaving a dump.
You don’t have to get out of there right away. You also don’t have to take a drastic action.
To get where you want to go, you don’t always have to take the leap. You can build a bridge slowly. That’s why I’m a big fan of spending an hour a day to build a bridge—to create that portfolio you need to land a freelance work, to hone the skills you need for your next job, to build a business, to write a book, to create your art.
Small steps are all it takes. The good news is you can take those small steps—right here, right now.
