No, I'm not okay

Sometimes, you just have to stop pretending and admit that you're not okay, that you're struggling, that you need help.

Like what Joel Osteen said, "You have to take off your mask."

How can you solve your problem if you keep on denying you have a problem?

Yes, not everything in my life is as rosy as my Facebook timeline suggests. It's not even as rosy as my blog suggests.

So, I'm taking off my mask and admitting to you (and to myself) that, no, I'm not okay.

I'm (still) struggling with my blog and my day job.

But, I know cannot stay this way too long. I may not be okay right now, but I have to continue to move on and to move forward. I have to continue to figure things out as I go.

But this time, I'm more open to accept all the help that I can get. Maybe I am also more humble (or have been humbled enough) to ask for help. Sometimes, we just cannot go at it alone.

How about you? Are you really okay? Take off your mask and stop pretending. There's nothing wrong with asking for help.

 

P.S. Yes, I'm feeling a lot better now. Things are not as bad as they seem, really. Yes, there are days when I really struggle, but I can cope up. I know you can too! But in case you need help, don't hesitate to ask from the people around you. Don't hesitate to write in either! We are more than willing to help.
