We Don't Do It Because It's Easy

We do it precisely because it's hard.

Because it's ambitious.

Because it's bigger than ourselves.

Because it's meaningful and purposeful.

Because it's impossible.

Because it gives us life.

We do it for the same reason why Gandhi fought for freedom peacefully.

We do it for the same reason why Mother Theresa left her comfortable life and brought that comfort to the poor.

We do it for the same reason why Walt Disney built Disneyland.

We do it for the same reason why Kennedy brought man to the moon.

We do it for the same reason why any great man or woman in history did what he or she had to do.

Not because it's easy.

But because it's hard.

And that's what makes it more fulfilling.

When people are saying you're crazy, you're onto something.
