It's the Little Things

People fell in love with Apple not because of its products' features. A lot of smartphones have more features than the iPhone.

It's not because of its power. There are a lot more powerful computers than the Mac.

It's not simply because it's revolutionary or different. (Even though Apple may no longer feel as revolutionary or as different as before, it still is compared to other tech giants.)

People fell in love with Apple because of how well it does the little things and how they put them together—the simplistic or minimalist design, the friendly user interface, how each of its products feel on the hands of a user, the user experience, and so on.

We really cannot do great things. We can only do little things greatly. When we put them all together, that's how great things are made. That's how a great life is lived.

Today, let us be aware of the little things and do them with excellence.

P.S. I failed to do the little thing of posting this blog post on time. I'm sorry. The effect? I failed to challenge my readers, especially my email subscribers, first thing in the morning. It's the little things that make a huge difference.

P.P.S. Doing the little things also help in becoming fully aware and fully present.
