The process is what separates the professional from the amateur. Or more aptly put, the commitment to the process.
The amateur is focused on the results he wants to achieve, while the professional is focused on improving, on getting better at his craft. The professional is driven to improve, to serve, whether he gets paid or not.
Ironically, it is the professional, the one who doesn’t care about the results, who gets the results.
